Motor Claims Support Services

Whether it is First Notification of Loss, motor engineering, Personal Injury case management or a host of other support services, Gemini can create the right package of support and delivery to suit the needs of every client. Whether provided on an ‘in house’ basis by Gemini resources or by partnering with trusted suppliers, we are a ‘one stop’ shop for the full range of claims support services that can be accessed on a menu driven, pay-as-use basis or as part of a wider contractual arrangement.

Third Party Intervention

For insurers, fleets and claims managers, TPI schemes are a core offering of Gemini. Specialist teams of highly trained personnel are exclusively geared to early intervention with third party policyholders and the provision of a range of vehicle hire, repair and PI management support.

In addition to receiving referrals from external sources such as an insurer FNOL centre we are also able to offer 24/7 ‘hotlines’ for third party direct reporting of incidents.

Credit Hire

Gemini is a Tier 1 ABI approved Credit Hire supplier that adopts a fresh and ethical trading stance in this sometimes difficult market. Accident Management

For fleets, motor manufacturers and insurers we are able to provide a full range of accident management options including First Notification, a national network of approved repairers and full engineering support where needed. Specialist expertise in the early management of total losses can bring substantial savings to our customers as can our ability to provide hire vehicles and specialist repair capability of commercial vehicles and motor bikes.

Repair Management

Managing an insurer nominated network of repairers, providing supplier audit services and organizing the tender process for a new supply network are just a few of the projects that we have worked on with our clients.

Using our own fleet or those of carefully chosen partners, Gemini has access to over 54,000 vehicles with which to meet the needs of policyholders, fleet drivers and the corporate hire market. A national service of standard, prestige and specialist vehicles including taxis and motorbikes means that we can meet the needs every type of demand from any source.

Robust and rigorously enforced service levels help to guarantee that customers needing replacement vehicles are inconvenienced as little as possible and are able to remain mobile whilst their own vehicle is off
the road.

Credit Hire Invoice Validation

With credit hire now an integral part of the mobility supply chain we believe there is a need to establish clear and independent assessment of supplier invoices and help to ensure accuracy, honesty and transparency on all sides. Working with our IT partners, Gemini have created a unique software application that can be used by insurers and others to automatically check the validity of invoices from credit hire operators.

Average savings of over 30% are being achieved and the software service can be further supported by an outsourcing facility to manage the whole of the negotiation and settlement process if required.
